I pursue a continuous and varied education in Software Engineering that dates back to childhood, starting my adventure with BASIC at the age of 8. Hard work and a steady evolution, involved my profile in a deeper performance, taking some responsibilities and giving me a lot of ground in the relationship with customers, where I had demonstrated on numerous occasions my skills. I started leading small teams and making technical decisions regarding the construction of complex solutions for sometimes... peculiar... requirements.
With the release of the first version of Swift, the switch from technology to Apple development came naturally thanks to my experience in C#. With the spice of the great interest I always felt for their technology and products, it became the perfect moment to take the leap. I participated in my first projects in high-level teams, with excitement running high as I enjoyed the recent change.
The university was a turning point in my career. After completing the internships of my previous studies there, I aroused great interest among the assistant professors and the director of Computer Science, who gave me the great opportunity to exercise my first experience there. These were wonderful years in which, in addition to studying, I was able to acquire valuable knowledge in advance along with unparalleled experiences. After that, I started my career in different companies until I finally settled in my position as a C#.NET developer at CGI.
Apart from development, I have many other interests, and although most of them are related to new technologies, I mainly value time with my family and enjoying it with them.
I am very fond of home automation and electronics, I am passionate about the IoT world. It's easy to find me in my spare time configuring new devices or upgrading my Home Assistant server. The smart home makes more sense today than ever.
Video games could be considered another great hobby, which are my escape from the stress of everyday life. Outside of technology, married and father of two beautiful girls, who make me enjoy and give value to all my efforts.
Another great hobby is electric mobility, with very advanced knowledge of its technology, implementation, evolution and perspective. We move around in electric cars, we have in-house renewable energy support and we are very committed to environmental care.
